Yes, the format and design aren't exactly how I want it. The picture is a little too big at the top and I don't have any cool gadgets on the side. My little biography (which I'm clueless as to whether it even appears on the blog) comes from my freshman year of college, but sounds like I wrote it at about the age of 12. Plenty of excuses to leave it and come back to it later.
That got me thinking: How often do I leave things undone because it's not the "perfect" circumstance to do it? I know there are plenty of phone calls to friends that I choose to put off for another day when I might know exactly what to say. Plenty of kind acts that go undone simply because I don't know exactly how to do it. I think a part of that is just life; we can't possibly do everything that we would like to, but today I'd like to post this imperfect first blog post. Take that procrastination and perfectionism! :)
